It’s almost time for spring and that means it’s time to get back outside. I’m starting my training for a 10k and a half marathon (my first half marathon!). I’ve been doing lots of research already and have begun my training. I found this great schedule training schedule with Women’s Health Magazine (find it here). I've already signed up for the Ukrop's Monument 10k in Richmond and am looking to sign up for another half marathon soon after that.
