I feel like the blog has been all about food this week! But I did a lot of cooking last week and found some amazing recipes, so I had to share. I've been looking for a good peanut sauce recipe for a while now, and none of them had been what I was looking for. UNTIL NOW. I finally found a recipe that makes the most delectable peanut sauce that I used in every meal for about a week: on shrimp, chicken, lettuce wraps, salad, etc. AND it's gluten free!

At first I attempted to make some rice wraps with them. While they aren't totally awful, they fell apart as soon as I tried to eat them. I am not a good wrapper.
So, when the rice wraps didn't work, I opted for Lettuce Wraps instead using Boston Lettuce, shredded cabbage, cucumbers, red peppers, avocado, and shrimp. Delicious AND healthy!
