Another Friday is here! Yay! And tomorrow morning I leave for vacation for a week. We are heading up to Smuggler's Notch in Vermont with Joey's family for a week of snowboard, skiing, and relaxation. I will actually still be working a majority of the week, but working on vacation is so much more relaxing, don't you agree? I'm mostly going to be working on the new website, new etsy listings, a new RFP and....my taxes (whomp whomp). I'm SO stoked to get to the new website and new Etsy listings. As of tomorrow afternoon, I will be closing out Etsy store for the week as I will not be able to fill orders and I want to work on the store behind the scenes before reintroducing everything. Some pricing is changing too, both in our Etsy store and within Twila, so if you have a project you want done with current pricing, please email me by Friday, March 6th. That all said, we have a bit of another branding project on the blog today! Today's brand is for a Pursuit of Sweetness, a food, running and local-love blog by a long-time friend of mine, Valerie. I have known her for longer than I care to remember as we went to the same elementary and middle school. And even though we went to different high schools, we wound up at the same college and joined the same sorority. Sorry, Val! You just can't get rid of me :) Valerie is one of sweetest and most genuine people I know and it has been such a pleasure to work with her on this project.
She's had her blog for a while now and I was so honored to help her take it to a new level with the new brand and website. And you should totally go check it out and drool over all of her food photos as it just makes me so hungry.
I can't take credit for this part as she had it designed already, but I absolutely love the incorporation of the fork and whisk in the infinity symbol in the background. It was so much fun to play with. Enjoy the branding sheet and photos of her brand below!
